Johannesburg, April 2, 2025 – Private investigation firm Tshenolo PI has made a breakthrough in tracking down the individual believed to be behind the social media account of "Ntsako Mabunda," a name that has ignited fury for posting insensitive comments about the tragic Cwecwe case. The case, involving the death of a 7-year-old girl seven years ago, remains an emotional scar for South Africa, and Mabunda’s remarks have fueled widespread outrage online.



Another social media user allegedly posted a picture of a guy stating: "This is Ntsako Mabunda: the guy has three different accounts on Facebook, including one under the name Ripfumelo Sthara RSA. Sources indicate he resides in Pretoria, though he also has ties to Limpopo."


On April 1, Tshenolo PI announced a R5,000 reward for anyone who can provide his phone number and address, intensifying efforts to locate him. "There is a reward for anyone who finds him," the firm reiterated today.


In a statement released at 11:45 AM, Tshenolo PI confirmed they have identified a possible suspect operating between Johannesburg and Limpopo. "We've found the person possibly behind the account," they said. "We haven’t apprehended him yet as we are still gathering facts, but we’re close." All information will be shared with the South African Police Service (SAPS) for further action.


The firm has urged the public to avoid engaging with or tagging Mabunda’s accounts. "Let us starve him of attention until his dance lessons commence," they stated, suggesting a strategic next step. As the Cwecwe case resurfaces in public discourse, Tshenolo PI’s investigation has gripped the nation. With the suspect’s dual Pretoria-Limpopo connection under scrutiny, South Africans await justice in this unfolding drama.
